Our Story

Monica started Stronger You after believing in it’s vision for many years.  She has stayed commited to her mission to providing exceptional personal training services for women and continues to grow the Stronger You community.

Stronger You ensures it’s services are available to all people and their needs and wants each person to feel extremly satisfied with their service.  Monica is always collaberating with her clients to ensure they are happy with their programs and stays well-versed in safe and effective programming practises.  

Monica has taken many pre/postal courses and is currently pregnant with her 3rd child.  She especially enjoys helping woman during their pre/postnatal journies because she understand the challenges physically and mentally women face during this process.  Monica focuses are teaching her clients the importance of proper form when strength-training, how to keep their workouts efficient and effective and how to cook/bake with cleaner recipes and ingrediants.  Monica is an highly motivated, hard-working and dedicated personal trainer.

Stronger values supporting other entrepeneurs, giving back to its community and staying well educated and researched about exercise programming, nutriton and overall health and fitness practises.  

Stronger you focuses on teaching a balanced approach to exercise to help women find consistent exercises habits they can stick with.

Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment will I need?

Programs can be made with whatever equipment you have.  Ideally a pair of dumbbells, a stability ball and a banded loop are a few great peices of equipment.

How many times a week will be meet?

Ideally we will meet once to twice a week to help you see the best results.

Will I get more workouts to do on my own?

There is an added cost if you’d like me to provide you with more home workouts.

Will you help me with nutrition?

Yes we will go over personalized nutrition goals with you if you sign-up for private or online coaching services.

Can I share the cost with someone else?

Yes you can do partner training, please contact us about this specific pricing.

Will you also give me a cardio program?

Yes, I will help you with cardio goals as well.

How long are the workouts?

You are able to buy 30 or 60 minute sessions for private training.

What happens when I cancel a workout?

We require 24 hours notice for a cancelled session.
